INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISERS
Visits to the June 2010 issue of Eldercountry numbered 1,879, bringing the total number of visits to Eldercountry since our first issue in May 2007 to 69,594. A visit is registered on our monitor as a "session," that is, a series of clicks by a visitor (who is not personally identified) over a specified period.
The readers of Eldercountry.com are by and large highly educated, affluent, and active professionals and retirees who do a lot of traveling. Many, though, are younger people who particularly enjoy the essays by Alan S. Oser, formerly of The New York Times.
Our advertising rates are given per issue, that is, to run for a month, or for two months in the case of a combined issue. For an ad that is to run in two consecutive issues, the rate is halved for the second issue.
The rates given are for text-only ads in the standard sizes shown below, measured in pixels ("PX"). Ads containing graphics or photos can be accommodated at no extra charge if the ad is sent ready to run in one of these standard sizes and in jpg format.
